Returns & Refunds
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the merchandise total. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be in new condition and returned within 15 days of original ship date. Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for merchandise damaged after receipt by wrongful usage or improper handling.
All returns require an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number). E-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-732-9453 (9AM - 5PM EST) for your RMA#. You must tell us the reason for the return.
Returns received without an RMA# will be assessed a special handling fee of $20.00.
Refund - You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we have shipped you the wrong item.
The credit card transaction company name on your credit card statement will be WTS Jewelry.
